At Shine at Home, our success will be measured by our clients’ satisfaction. If you’re not happy for whatever reason, we will make it right.


Meal delivery

If you receive a dish that is not to your liking, contact us and we will substitute it with another meal of your choice. Also, we will make sure that our chef receives your feedback.

Should you be unable to continue with the meal delivery service, we will credit you for the service and meal portions that were ordered, but not yet delivered, on a pro-rated basis.

If you cancel the meal delivery service before completion of your total order, we would pro-rate the portion of the order not yet delivered and give you your money back.

We will take back all un-consumed, whole meals for disposal and refund your money.

Housekeeping and laundry

If you’re unhappy with the housekeeping and laundry service, contact us. We will send the Director of Operations to speak with you personally to review your requirements and discuss your concerns.

Should you be unable to continue with the housekeeping and laundry service, we will credit you for the service that was ordered, but not yet utilized, on a pro-rated basis.
Transportation

If you’re dissatisfied with the Shine at Home transportation service, we will make it right. Please contact us to discuss your concerns with a Shine at Home representative. We will pass your feedback on to our driver and following your next trip we will call you to ensure that the issues in question have been rectified.

Should you be unable to continue with the service, we will credit you for the value of the unused service on a pro-rated basis.
